Energy Law

The University of Oregon School of Law has a strong focus on addressing the important and varied issues presented in the field of energy law. From climate change and environmental issues to emerging business and tax issues, energy law encompasses complex legal, regulatory and policy considerations. These issues are being tackled by the Energy Law & Policy Project and our diverse academic community of faculty, practitioners and students.
